  If I live near Smithfield but will gladly make the drive to the new Rosewood Goldsboro store... since we have met salesperson Kendall. I have an older phone and he spent a great amount of time helping me fix it and cleaning everything up on it I really did not want to have to buy a new phone and he did not push me he just helped me and got accomplish what we needed to do. I will gladly make the drive here again to get the great service from Kendall. And obviously when I need to buy a phone next time!!!

  We had a great experience at this store! The location is great and we experienced very helpful and polite employees. We worked with Megan, who helped us upgrade a line very painlessly! We were in and out within 30 minutes and she even found a way to save us a little money & get a credit back on our bill. We will definitely be using this location from now on!
