  Service department "worked on" my laptop for weeks, I had to come back multiple times, and problem didn't ever get solved. In fact, they made it much worse. They couldn't even put back in the one they took out of it so I was stuck with my laptop, minus my screen they took. And they tried to charge me for it. Luckily I got in contact with the manager and didn't end up paying any money for the "work". Had to send it to the manufacturer to get repaired after wasting weeks with Staples. Will never be a customer there again. Two stars because the manager sorted out the issue and seemed to be the only reasonable person working there.
