  damaged water heater, installer inexperienced needed help, the plumber was ill, instead of waiting till tomorrow they rushed in and did not have the parts needed, controls are against the walls and can't be seen or reached easy. Very poor service Why not wait 1 day, I felt bad for the installer, he was left alone. Update 6/21/2017 Lowes got all the right parts had the plumber come out and he reinstalled the water heater. The connections are brass now. It faces forward easy to set up the right temp for me. It all worked out but it took about 10 days. The water heater itself is a good unit. I would buy it again.
